Audrea “AudieG” Gustafson – Artist and Creator

Loves to create anywhere outside, former home in Oklahoma on the back porch. Pastel piece in progress, variety of pastel tools. Favorite creating chair!

Audrea “AudieG” Gustafson is a mixed media artist and digital creator based in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. Her work blends traditional art techniques with modern digital tools to create printable art, junk journal kits, and faith inspired paper collections.

Audie creates under the AudieG Art brand, offering traditional original art created on a variety of substrates, printable journals, ephemera bundles, and creative resources for artists and paper crafters. Why AudieG? Audie has been her nickname for years, and after hearing countless creative pronunciations of both her first and last name, she decided a simple name everyone could remember was the best solution.

She works from her mountain studio where traditional painting, collage, and digital design come together to form her unique style.

Long Bio

Color, light, and design have shaped artist Audrea “Audie” Gustafson’s creative life for as long as she can remember. After spending several years recovering from a serious car accident, her artistic voice began to emerge in deeper and more meaningful ways. That season of reflection, along with a strong faith and trust in God, led Audie to begin sharing her creative work and developing what is now known as AudieG Art.

Since 2013, Audie has explored creativity through painting, photography, floral design, interior and landscape design, and the art of repurposing everyday objects into imaginative beauty. Her work often reflects quiet visual storytelling, inviting viewers into a world filled with color, faith, and wonder. Through her art and design, she seeks to capture moments of beauty and inspiration found in both nature and everyday life. Audie currently exhibits her work locally throughout the Blue Ridge Mountain region, an area known for its vibrant arts culture and strong appreciation for original artwork. Surrounded by galleries, art festivals, and creative communities, she enjoys sharing her work in a place where art is deeply valued and celebrated.

Audie is an American mixed media artist who works with acrylics, charcoal, collage, inks, pastels, and other traditional materials, as well as digital mediums. Her creative process blends traditional artistic techniques with modern tools, creating artwork that carries both handcrafted character and thoughtful design.

When she is not creating in the studio, Audie enjoys life as a designer who sees inspiration everywhere around her. She is a coffee lover, gardener, Christ follower, wife, musician, artist, loyal friend, devoted reader, and Bible study enthusiast who enjoys exploring the connection between faith and creativity. She believes art is one of the many ways beauty, faith, and wonder can be shared with the world.

One of Audie’s favorite scriptures is Romans 1:20:
“For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”
